How iChoir Planet™ collects, uses, and protects information provided through the Virtual Academy website.

Information We Collect
We may collect contact, enrollment, program-interest, payment, communication, and learning-participation information that you voluntarily provide. For students under 18, a parent or legal guardian should complete enrollment and authorization steps.
How Information Is Used
Information may be used to respond to inquiries, process enrollment, deliver academy services, communicate schedules and program updates, support students, improve the learning experience, and meet legal or operational requirements.
Student Learning Information
Assignments, progress records, attendance, feedback, recordings, and participation information may be maintained as part of the educational experience. Access is limited to authorized personnel, service providers, students, and parents or guardians as appropriate.
Service Providers
We may use trusted providers for website hosting, communications, learning delivery, forms, scheduling, payments, analytics, and storage. These providers process information to support the applicable service.
Phase 1 Account and Learning Records
Academy accounts use Sign in with ChatGPT. We store account identity, student age bands, guardian authorization, applications, course access, homework, and instructor feedback in the academy database. Children under 13 use a guardian-managed account; ages 13–17 require a guardian-authorized email for independent access. Exact birth dates are not requested.
Parents and adult students can access their linked records. Assigned instructors can review their students’ work, and the academy administrator manages enrollment. The administrative assistant uses templates and authorized summaries; no student records are sent to an AI provider in Phase 1. Payment cards are handled by Stripe when test checkout is configured and are never stored in this application. Email notifications require a configured provider and administrator review.
